Fitted lowering springs, Miltech exhaust and a Remap to my A1 Competition. Most companies never heard of the model but the Amber crew were on it straight away and all done in 1 day. Great job, Great people to deal with.

Absolutely useless company refuse to refund for an order I asked to be cancelled as I did not want to wait 8 weeks for it. They claim the order has been cancelled and the money has been refunded so I had to oped a PayPal dispute to try and get my money back.Avoid at all costs.Take ages to respond to emails or completely ignore you.Lesson learned I guess use serious and established companies every-time I had issues with serious companies refunds were instant without me having to chase them up for two weeks and open paypal disputes.

Thank you so much.Would highly recommend.They kindly showed my son how the launching procedure worked on his BRZ today, 6 February 2023, with no charge. I find them always approachable if you have an issue and happy to resolve things for the customer.

worst seller of car parts I have used. purchased an exhaust from them, they were unable to ship, ordered from competitor after waiting 2 months and they will not issue me with a refund and ive been force to take legal action. strange way to run a business, especially in this small world of car enthusiasts where information is shared. Thank you for the response, a little pointless when you still haven't even refunded me my money! what happens between you and suppliers is not something I should be concerned with or affected by. the point is that I have raised the issue, full details of the issue including the mistake by the supplier several weeks ago and you still ignored my reasonable requests for help. I am a very reasonable person and don't write negative reviews easily as you can see from my profile. if you had responded yesterday with both the apology and refund I probably could of moved on however I still don't have the my money back! the refund is instant via paypal when you click refund.

Did a good job initially but sadly I wasn't informed that the person doing the 2nd part of the job had gone on holiday. My car had a small bit of damage when I collected it which I raised with Amber Performance, however, they said it wasent their fault. I therefore said I won't be using them again which didn't seem to concern them.

Wanted to thank james and his team for the carbon fibre bonnet on my golf gti.James was helpfull with all the progress from start to finish and was even paitient with me as i had to cancel the 1st booking.Nice people and would buy from them again.
