Cambridge Studios and Suites by Tas accommodations

La habitación está bien la cama y el colchón son cómodos. La cocina está bien preparada tiene lo que puedas necesitar para desayunar y comer cómodamente. Los baños bien, algún colgador más y un taburete me han faltado.

Converted house, no insulation between floors heard every movement of people upstairs. Too noisy no sleep.

The rooms are very nicely presented and spacious, but they lack soundproofing so there was noise until 1am.

We stayed at this location for three months with our child. The place has an excellent location as it is near a bus station and a market. The rooms are new and clean, and there is a common area where you can cook. Mr. Derin was really helpful and responded to our requests promptly.

It Was very Disappointing and the Customer Service Was AwfulWhen I made the booking I clicked on the photo of a studio room and the same photo was in my confirmation email so that is the room I thought I had booked. Unfortunately, this was not the case. When I arrived, it was pointed out that I had booked a large double room and that the photo of the studio room was a generic photo used for all confirmation emails. Apart from the fact that it is not necessary to include a photo of a room in the confirmation email, the fact that it was a photo of a different room than the one I thought I had booked, is misleading.Diren did not agree and instead he was rude, insisting that it was not misleading and that he was going to come to the room and show me that the room I had was the room I had booked. Really?!I took a lot of care making the booking to ensure the room I had booked included a kitchenette and that is what I thought I had. I would have been happy to pay extra to have a bigger room yet I ended up with a room that I did not want and was uncomfortable to stay in. He did not address how unhappy I was nor did he take any responsibility that the photo and information were misleading - the room we stayed in was not a large double room (see attached photo).What an awful company. There are plenty of great hotels closer to the centre of town so I'd definitely avoid this one!

Wonderful place to stay in Cambridge. We had a family room with windows on the roof and that was something new and exciting. On the kitchen we had all we needed and a super market is around.

very good place for the price

Excellent location and comfy room with brilliant amenities at the property. Couldn't believe the value for a place so close to Cambridge centre. Check in/out was so easy and parking was great. Definitely recommend and will be booking again if I go back to Cambridge, thanks for the lovely stay!
