My husband I used Visionary Finance after a friends recommendation for their mortgage services. We were put in touch with a member of staff called Warren Maye who has been beyond helpful and supportive throughout the process start to finish. We began by having a phone call with Warren to discuss our affordability and interests, this was followed by many more phone calls with Warren to have regular catch ups, discuss the changes in the housing market and finally we got an offer accepted on a property and Warren helped us through every step of getting the Mortgage submitted and approved. Warren put us in touch with Hannah Eades to discuss insurances, we firstly spoken to Hannah to discuss home and life insurances where Hannah took us through our options, discussed affordability and when we were ready to take the next step in purchasing the insurances Hannah has done all of the hard work for us by submitting our claims to different insurers and keeping us up to date and in regular contact with any changes. Both Hannah and Warren have been so helpful and for anyone who has been through the house buying process they will know how stressful it can be so by having helpful members of staff they have taken a lot of the pressure off us and their support has been invaluable.

Anyone looking for a well informed, personable mortgage broker, look no further!We purchased a property no high street lender would entertain.Faye secured us a build loan to get the works complete to make the house mortgageable. From there, Faye checked in to get us ready to secure our mortgage that would cover for the large acreage. She checked out what we would want from the products in the future to ensure suitability(sounds simple but was a complex case). This whole process has taken place throughout the interest rates rise where Faye kept us informed and calm throughout.In the time we have worked with Faye on this, we have moved twice, she has been married, we have new pets and I cannot thank her enough for her professionalism and whilst I am pleased the remortgaging process is over, I will miss our little chats!She is empathetic and really has taken on ownership of the journey, never hesitant to chase 3rd parties throughout the journey to expedite process.
