Absolutely appalling service. Ordered a item off eBay which had apparently been dispatched. When we contacted the office to chase this up we were told it hadn't been dispatched as it wasn't in stock and wouldn't be for several weeks. Very difficult to get a refund. I most certainly won't use this company again and will be advising others to avoid at all costs. Extremely annoyed
