I had burnt meatball's in my sub for ordering too late at night the whole sandwich was burnt and tasted like they had put all the burnt sauce from the meatballs in my sandwich... I was poisoned by the people that work here for ordering late at night it was done on purpose and I think it's disgusting I feel ill ...

I was going to be going here for lunch today but sadly had to take my service elsewhere considering one of the subway employees started punching a customer instead of leaving him be kept on hiting him after people telling him to let go he still wouldn’t I don’t think I will be eating here again if this is what the employees are like

I had a really delicious half sub, but the roll was split and everything kept falling out. The prices are wrong too. I asked for a classic sub and ended up paying £2 more. The guys were nice and professional. Another strange thing. There are no toilets. I thought that if a business offers dining in, there must be toilets. Am I wrong??

Staff were fairly quick, though rather sharp and not always friendly (let's be real, I don't imagine their paid enough to be nice as well as make my food!!) but the food is usually pretty good and predictable. Tried the new vegan meatballs today, just to see, they're good!

Staff extremely rude and don’t listen to what you order. I ordered a BMT with two lots of extra cheese somehow by equals a steak and cheese. Staff couldn’t be bothered rude horrible horrible place never use it againUpdate unfortunately I thought give it a 2nd chance biggest mistake I made staff shouting at customers because staff wasn’t listening about making there order a meal then manager extremely rude to customers and staff sat out side smoking right next to entrance and to top it think I was just another drink customer over charged me I work nights and to have this in the early hours of the morning never never again horrible staff horrible manager

Very kind and patient employees, we went with 3 kids and they explained the diferent options nd helped to choose the sandwich. I dont understand the reviews saying that they are rude, the employees of 11.07.23 in the morning shift were very kind and helpful.

My first subway experience on a dusky summer evening and I ordered a baller on a Italian herbs and cheese, footlong. They prepped it, and I tried to request lettuce, chillies and peppers but to no avail. I wasn't allowed to add any additions to my sandwich because I wasn't entitled to customisation. Surely the customer should be allowed to choose this? I couldn't even have light mayo or ranch. My first subway experience was a very disappointing one. I just wanted a bit of extra crunch with my lettuce. I was also shoo'd out of the shop promptly with a stern look. No whisper of a thanks from them or me.

Only allowed 2 salad options on your sub? Is this just a cheapskate franchise or all subway outlets? It's a stingy move. I was under the impression most people go to subway for the abundance of salad they can add to their sub.
