Arrived in at 9 to eat for a birthday breakfast , not happy at all , there was only two staff serving. Usually there would have been a buffet but because of Covid , the food had to be bought to us, the lady who took my order made me feel very unwelcome , she was rude and made me feel as if it was such a massive inconvenience to her. Plus the food was cold and I had to ASK for a knife and fork ? Instead of them being given to me with the meal or set on the table , never will go there again because of the awful customer service

PerfectA great experience from start to finishPlenty of tables, but none so cramped that it feels like you're part of a cattle market.A great selection of music that was just loud enough to hear and hum along to, but not so loud that it drowned out your conversations.My food was cooked to perfection (mixed grill, then jam roly poly. My compliments to the chef)But the best part of the night was my server HARRY.If you're lucky enough to be waited on by Harry, then you're in for a treat.Perfectly groomed, but not arrogantly so.Harry waited on me with all the dedication, poise, grace and attentiveness of a gentleman.He also had an intuition of what was needed and when that bordered on a 6th sense, too many servers either leave you alone too long, or bug you too often.Harry could be the example on which all servers should be judgedAll in all, a great experience, but made even better by the amazing staff.100/10, would definitely visit again, and even go out of my way to dine there.

My young boys love it here. Good (small) outdoor play area. Comfortable seating area, with small pub/bar area too.You know what you are getting with Brewers Fayre grub. However, the service is fast and friendly.It does get busy at weekends, so best to book.

Just popped in for a meal. Got £7.50 off our bill, as i used my points off my bonus card (really good to get.) Always lively staff & great service. The sirloin tonight had to be one of the best I've had for a LONG TIME. All in all a great experience

This place. Is amazing. The food is second too none. The staff are polite and friendly. This is my second time here, and if I could be here every day, I would. It's a little corner of Heven.Don't think that just because the food is good, you will only get a small amount. With how well the staff work to keep everything topped up. You will not go hungry.Combin the dedication from the staff. The quality of the food. The wonderful atmosphere. This place is my favourite place to eat.

Visited it for the first time because of a buy one get one free coupon.Food were nice at great value and staff were friendly.Would definitely be going again and recommend to anyone.Love the full rack of ribs .

Very good value with the 2 for £10 offer, but the food didn't blow me away. Although the staff are friendly and accommodating, the service is very basic with everything being ordered at the bar. If you're going past and need some food or if you're on a tight budget it's okay.

Friendly staff, the food was good value and I enjoyed it. I was there with a family group including children and we were quite loud but the staff were understanding and friendly with the children. Service was a little bit slow and it wasn't overly busy, I heard one of the staff advise people of 45 minute waits in good as they came in, which I thought was good. I forgot to change chips to sweet potato fries and they made the change to the chef no problem and all our food came out together and correct.
