I love this salon. All staff are knowledgeable and kind. Chat or not... you choose. So when I want to zen and listen to the music (which is always great) that's fine. I go about 8 weekly for colour and cut. Perfect every time.

Very modern salon located on the main road in Kimberley. Plenty of local car parks around on James street or newdigate street. The bus stop is directly outside the building. All the staff wear ppe in line with industry standards and government guidelines. You can book online using the fresha booking online service. However the receptionist is very helpful at getting appointments for you. Ben the director has won awards for hairdressing. The other members of the team are highly skilled and helpful in choosing a style to suit you. There are a range of colour services available including full head colour, highlights and bayalage. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Huge thank you to Rosie who did our make up and Emily who did our hair, for my wedding on 28th September.Everybody said we looked stunning and we all thought they did a fantastic job.Would definitely recommend them - they made us all feel comfortable all the way through!Thanks ladies!

I have been to many hair dressers in my time but none like W Creative. Many hair salons I have attended have a feel about them that makes you feel uncomfortable. But W Creative is certainly the opposite. All of the girls & Ben always make you feel so welcome and are such a friendly (and normal) team. The salon is full of personality and has a great atmosphere. I travel over an hour to have my hair done by Emily and my hair looks the best it has ever looked and is in the best condition it has ever been!

Farah cut my hair and did a fab job. She understood what I wanted and got to work quickly. Love the finished result and will be back. (Sorry if I spelt your name wrong!)

Sophie did a great job with my nails, felt totally at ease and pampered, have not used this salon before but will definitely be rebooking. Everyone very friendly a great modern place.

I had a massage at W beauty Creative Salon this week (they've just moved across the road from these photos) and it was a fantastic experience. The booking, questions process, email before hand and reminder by text all felt professional and well organized. The massage was a fantastic experience and Anya was really helpful and friendly and explained everything (new treatment to me!) Highly recommended.

My daughter had her hair cut and washed here , she was so happy with the results and her hair looked great ! the staff were very friendly too
