Great repair very fast and reasonable price

needed a new battery and didn't want to replace my phone.Replaced in an hour, friendly helpful service and so reasonable, also a months warranty.I had taken it to another repair place and battery was faulty.I wasn't offered a replacement it or to take it back and it cost £20 more Than Fone revive charged.

Terrible customer service, I bought products worth £30 however due to the camera guards the case didn’t fit my IPhone. I politely told them the problem instead of resolve it they broke my camera guard in the process of rough handling my phone putting the case on. It’s only £30 but it’s not about money but rather principals. They try to belittle you by making you feel like you’re in the wrong. Overall this place was a effing nightmare, I will not go back ever again and highly recommend other customers to not visit but rather go to the place directly opposite now they were very professional and had legit products not these fake replicas. Yours sincerely.

Ahmed is incredibly helpful and I can't recommend him enough. I'd lost all my WhatsApp messages whilst synching to a new phone. He resolved an issue none else wanted to look at, within 10 minutes, free of charge! Extremely polite, patient and helpful. Thank you so much Ahmed.

Untrustworthy business.I bought a Google Pixel from here in April 2022. They said they would email a receipt but never did and I had to leave the country.The phone died in December 2022 and I brought the phone back. The person working said I didn’t buy the phone from him. I told him I did and can show him the bank statement. So he said it’s under new ownership. But the name is the same and Fone Revive is a small chain so I said I would contact head office. So he changed the story to that it was new management. It all felt very dodgy and I didn’t trust them enough to leave my phone so will take it to somewhere else.

Do not go here to fix your phone or even buy anything. Guy who looks fresh off the boat is so confused and does not know what he is talking about. They said they cannot fix my phone and then they can. I was confused then they started saying it is not worth it so leave it. I did not come to know whether it is worth it or not but to fix my phone lol.

Sold a laptop with a completely dead battery which wasn't mentioned on purchase; its price was comparable to the same model sold in other second hand shops where the battery was understandably weaker than buying new but not completely dead as this one was. Charged to 40, then 80, then 100 percent and as soon as the charging cable came out it died and, when turned back on, came back at 1 percent. I also specifically asked if it would run a certain program and was told unequivocally that it would - turned out that it did not. When I returned it was met with very unfriendly and unhelpful response although eventually managed to get a refund. Went to I Heart My PC down the road and found much more helpful/friendly service and transparency in prices and working conditions of their laptops.

So impressed - and relieved. Thought I needed a broken screen replaced and they wired a fair price. They very honestly told me on collection it wasn't the whole screen, only the protective cover. I wouldn't have known! Charged me a sixth of the original quote, very honest, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

I was particularly impressed by their conscientiousness and ability to source rare components with speed. The price offered was also highly competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.Update: when the charging port on my phone broke, Fonerevive attempted a rapid overnight repair on the device, a complex affair given the port is part of the motherboard. When this failed, they replaced the device.
