From first phone contact with Stuart at South London Rubbish Clearance I was impressed with his professionalism and helpful manner. An appointment was made for a time that suited me and with a convenient one hour time slot that his workers stuck to. The workers themselves were polite, swift and did an excellent job. The prices are pretty standard and reasonable, however this company is ethical and has been awarded with industry standards for disposing of rubbish correctly, recycling and not fly tipping, which was important to me. I will use them again in the future and recommend them highly.

I called this company as there was a lot of clutter and rubbish needing to be removed from a late relative's house. Stuart Sinclair explained his pricing structure and confirmed it by text message, offering his operatives to attend the next day. His people arrived on time and assessed the work required before making an offer to perform the job. The cost was reasonable and good value for money. The staff were friendly, uncomplaining and worked quickly and efficiently.

I would give them a 0 * if I could.Clearly explained the job (cleaning up shattered glasses), and agreed on a price, but when the guys showed up they jacked up the price (by 30 pounds) saying too much glass (even though it was not). I had to ask them to do the work anyways, as I didn't have time to find another one. When I called the owner to complain about the price, he said we never agreed on a price, it was just an estimate.I don't mind paying higher price,. but the job they did was shoddy. There were glasses everywhere in the gap between the boards. When I called to complain, they said they were not equipped to remove those glasses from those gaps (they didn't even have a hoover). First photo where the glass can clearly be seen.I had to go there myself and I used my hoover to remove all the glasses (the second pic).Definitely not recommended.
