Alterations are finished and the carpark is fully open with new electric vehicle charging points but unfortunately these were not working when we visited but they hoped to have them fixed soon. Good they are all on the level so can be used by people with limited mobility. Can't really see what they have changed in the store other than the aisles may be slightly wider but this isn't really noticeable as there are too many click and collect/home delivery wider trolleys so you feel no benefit for the alterations! Their trolleys just get in the way, wish they could be collected in less busier times as the operators seem to abandon them to get a few things at a time from each aisle which makes it hard to get what you want!

Absolutely shocking since the “redesign” the whole store layout doesn’t make ANY sense at all, dog food next to dairy? Shops so small now! That’s not what I call the main Tesco in the area at all. Gone right down hill, not worth the time. Looks huge on the outside but as soon as you get inside it’s an absolute mess. Also have to wait ages at the self checkouts because no staff around or they just walk off in the complete opposite direction leaving you stranded. All tills had a red light the other day and no one came to help. I just left and went and shopped in Sainsburys across the road! AVOID

Since introducing their new picking system for home deliveries level of service and dropped. Cancelling deliveries, only being able to get half your shop. Generally very poor, wouldn’t recommend Tesco for home delivery out of this store, would leave less stars but won’t let me

Click and collect has become a complete shambles, always late or half your shopping missing, only positive the young lady Allissa who despite being new and thrown in the deep end always remains apologetic and polite give this girl a pat on the back and Sort it out Tesco.

Since they've reduced the shopping space they've also reduced the range of products by a noticably large amount. You now can't get everything you want in one shop & it's really not ideal any more. But what they do have is still good quality at good old Tesco prices and the staff are helpful. It's just nowhere near as good as it was before this new initiative - which isn't even operational yet - took half the space.

That Joseph on dairy, isle 20 is one of a kind, had. Stressful day with Sainsbury’s being shut and was still very helpful to me and my family

We have always enjoyed using various Tesco shops - but not any more. The Wisbech shop is staffed by people who, on a good day, are simply rude. You really don't want to know about bad days...The best part (for me!) of the King'e Lynn store was the fresh meat and fish counters. They both had excellent selections laid out in a smart, professional manner. Shopping there made the extra mileage (from Long Sutton) really worthwhile.Sadly, those two counters are now gone! Overall the changes mean that shopping at this store is no longer worth the trouble, no longer worth that extra mileage and certainly no longer worth the points.NM

Click and collect was an absolute farce. Ordered 26 bottles of wine for a party, arrived to be told only 6 bottles available, went into the store and bought the other 20 bottles (exactly the same as ordered online) straight off the shelf! Man on the click and collect really apologetic, not his fault, the system is absolutely useless.
