Bad customer service. The manager is very rude and lacks decorum on how to talk to customers and resolve conflicts. HE raised his voice at me more than once when I tried to get clarity from the nail technician about a concept of nail design I want. He also caused a scene and stating that he doesn't want me to come back to his store.

I loved that the technician took her time to really prep the nails before doing the gel polish application. The customer service in the place is awesome. Can’t say enough good things about V-Star Nails Strood! I felt super relaxed the whole time. They are friendly and no matter the pinterest design i show them, they do am awesome job

They are friendly, professional, and really take their time and pay attention to the small details to make sure you walk out happy. Not to mention, for V-Star Nails Strood price point is incredibly affordable! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone

Would highly recommended V-Star Nails! Came here I had a pedicure, one of the best experiences 10/10! Always great customer service every time I come. I'm very satisfied with my new nails! Very happy I chose this place.

They did a wonderful job The man who did my nails took the time to make sure each nail was even and beautiful. I've been to -Star Nails several times. This place is awesome. My new favorite place to get a manicure.

Terrible customer service. Very rude staff, customer has no say. I’d rather not get my nails done than go to V-Star.All the staff in there have a negative attitude!

Y’all need to check yourselves. If the business is not working, you close down! Your employees are aggressive and disrespectful. You need to learn basic customer service and interpersonal communication. You SHOULD NOT harass anybody, let alone your customers! If there’s anything below 1 star, that is what you deserve. Avoid this one like a plague and save yourself from unnecessary stress and disrespect!

Honestly one of the most personable, welcoming and amazing nail bars! I will never go anywhere else, I can’t recommend enough. All of the nail techs are amazing, Jena done this set and a phenomenal job to say the least! :)
