Whilst on holiday in Anglesey, we had an accident and our car was recovered to the body shop at Pentraeth automotive Ltd at4.30 pmOur first contact was with a gentleman called Paul, who was extremely professional who arranged immediate inspection of our vehicle and sourced the parts required and provided us with an extremely competitive quote. Our vehicle was fixed the following morning, allowing us to continue with our holiday.Thank you for an honest , trustworthy and efficient service.

Plenty of marques to choose from at Pentraeth and all the staff are very pleasant and helpful.I chose my car but wanted extra items fitted (tow bar etc) and it was sourced and fitted in a matter of days.My second car from Pentraeth and I won't hesitate to return.

Two weeks ago I purchased my 5th Mazda from Pentraeth Automotive.Excellent customer service from the minute we walked on to the forecourt. Nothing was too much trouble for Josh. I tried three different cars and fell in love with a Mazda 30, which I collected a few days later. What I liked the most was no pushy sales or gimmicks, all my questions were answered swiftly, I didn’t feel pressurised into buying at all. Thank you Josh and the Mazda sales and service team.

Professional, friedly, transparent and quality. I was really struggling before I found this Mazda dealership and have been 100% satisfied since. Purchased an excellent second hand car that came with warranty and the service team have been just as impressive since. Josh in sales is fantastic though. Definitely recommend for Mazda!

Visited this dealership with an engine warning light they were as much use as a chocolate teapot. Very unhelpful, had to call out Greenflag whilst parked in there customer car park. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I had several bad scratches and a small deep dent on my car. I read how long Pentraeth Automotive Body Shop had been going and how good they were. Obviously popular as I had to wait several weeks for a slot but really worth the wait. They did a brilliant job and car came back as good as new. I honestly recommend their work and they're competent people to deal with. Brilliant.
