Total Dojo

My son has been going to Total Dojo for a number of years now and he absolutely loves it. The lessons that he learns will surely set him up for life. They don’t only teach you the techniques of mixed martial arts but they enforce values on how every human should be with making the kids learn what the belts mean (example: humility and discipline) and they even encourage healthy eating! I’m so glad that I found out about it when I did and my son was only a toddler when he started. I will also be putting my daughter in the classes as soon as she reaches the starting age. There is a good mix for boys and girls and everyone is made to feel welcome. I would recommend Total Dojo to everyone and I have done a couple of times.

I have a son and daughter who train with Total Dojo. My daughter is also training to be an assistant instructor. They both get a lot out of training, it helps their confidence and fitness. The instructors are great role models for kids and make the lessons fun. I would recommend anyone to get their kids into MMA with them.

I have been attending training at the total dojo for the last 7 weeks as they are getting me ready for a white collar boxing match and the trainers have made it such a great experience! For someone who hasn't done much exercise for the last 10 years, it has been an eye opener and has made me a stronger person and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. The trainers have given me back my confidence and they have been so encouraging and made the sessions a lot of fun as well as making me work hard. They are a great bunch of people and I would thoroughly recommend the total dojo! (It has easy parking as well)

Best martial arts club! The way this club is run and operates is awesome. My children have developed so well based on the training given to them over the past 8 years. A big Thank You for making a big difference for my children.

I've been training at Total Dojo over 12 years now and can safely say you will not find a better level of instructor anywhere. The classes are great, with a host of disciplines that you can learn. I can recommend Total Dojo enough for anyone in MK looking to begin their martial arts journey or develop further.

They have helped turn my son from a shy, bullied child into a confident, happy (no longer bullied) kid and I can't thank them enough.

The instructors are awesome and everyone I’ve met has been great! Friendly atmosphere, fun learning environment and a fab workout. I highly recommend Total Dojo. I was so nervous about attending but was instantly made to feel welcome and have enjoyed every minute (mostly) :) x

Total Dojo is outstanding. I’ve trained here for a couple of years now and learn something new every session without fail. The breadth of knowledge and experience here is phenomenal, there’s way more to the place than just punching and kicking! Friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all skill levels, no judgement, everyone is keen to help each other get the most out of their training! I’ve never once regretted going here and every time I walk out I feel better than when I walked in.

My children, who are now teenagers have been training at Total Dojo since they were 5 years old. They still train to this day twice a week, now in the adults class. Not only have they learnt a martial art, they have learnt dedication and self respect. The gym is run by a fantastic team with some of the best teachers around. It's great for children and adults as my husband has also been training her for over 10 years. I would most definitely recommend Total Dojo.
