Can't fault the service in any Phase Eight.First time shopper to this branch. The Cuban lady who served me was delightful, friendly, and great at what she does.I'd only been to St Albans branch. Same again and they aided me so well to find things for a last minute dash!

Beautiful dresses, only shop here, when I have money left over after the bills have been paid. To be honest, I have to save up if I have my eyes on something special. You can often get some decent pieces to add to your clothes collection. But you should always remember to clean out your wardrobe so you will have room to put the new collections.

Love the ranges, unfortunately the long dresses are just too long. If there was a petite option I'm sure I'd have bought several by now.

Ania at the Watford store is absolutely amazing. She knows her stuff and we were done in 10minutes. This is a 100% customer service level she has taken to the next step. I can not stress how much of an asset she is to the store. It was a pain free shop for my wife and thank you so much! Ania is the best at her game.

Fantastic service, have been in several times and staff are always eager to help, nothing is too much trouble and they do not pressure you to buy. I would highly recommend this shop even to people like me who dislikes shopping.
