Thorough with hair colour consultation as I had to wait 48 hours after patch test. However when she did my hair the roots was a lot lighter than my hair colour as the end result and the side cut was just chopped, so not a good cut. The blow dry I was very happy with. Will not go back for hair cut, but will for blow dry.
