Top Mops have cleaned my office on multiple occasions in the past 6 months. Staff were friendly and professional, John from reception (my point of contact) was great!

3 appointments made and they never turned up. They did phone the first two times on the day to rearrange, but failed to turn up on the third attempt and never contacted me. In my experience I have found them unreliable

Paid several hundred pounds for a deep clean of my house after tenants moved out and had specifically asked whether top mops used commercial grade cleansing agents (to which they said they did) only to find that after the job was done, there were still missed patches and dirt that hadn’t been cleaned properly.Light fixtures were not cleaned at all nor did they clean under the sinks/behind the toilets or the skirting boards.. what kind of service is this?When questioned the response was extremely rude and I was basically told ‘tough’.The only reason I had used this shambolic company was the google reviews so save yourself some money and stress and find a professional company.

I was very pleased with the work Stacey did at our property (he never stopped, even during a hail storm!) my soffits and fascias, windows and gutters are beautifully clean.Top Mops have been professional throughout and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any other potential customers.I will be having them back to clean my drive and patio once the weather is better.

Needed a general salon clean. Came in, blind broke, flower display over window dropped. Everything I asked for was not done. I left it in a better state than approached with. Shocking!!
