well what can i say .. im absolutely disgusted with the mentality of this company. im giving this company zero stars for customer service and helpfulness. my gas engineers purchaced a Worcester bosch 25cdi boiler from the Skipton branch. As it was being installed the engineer noticed a water leak coming from the boiler. They reported the problem to james hargreaves the company , fully expecting to be told to pack the new boiler up and go get a replacement . But , oh no . They were informed that they wouldnt exchange the faulty unit .Thats disgraceful . If you buy something, within 30 days , statutary rights are that you can be offered a replacement or your money back .So how on earth is this shark of a company getting away with this kind of service ? I am going to report them to trading standards and anybody else that i can think of .I have being without heating or water for 3 days and im not sure what my next step is or who is going to help me out with this matter.
