Extremely immature & unprofessional people . Do not deal with this company. It’s been 2 weeks they not telling about my documents and keep lying . You have to chase them up. Liar and they don’t tell their office details and company responsible person to speak. 2 days told me issued saudia visa but no proof giving me at all. Lying excuses . Do not deal suspicious behaviour

There service are very good. Highly mature and professional. Even they took each person foreign as if it's there own visit. I'm Highly impressed from Dyan. She is such a sweet, nice and ethical girl. Truly impressed.

Very unprofessional people they only know how to scam there customers and when u call them they don’t answer and messages u only on WhatsApp avoid avoid avoid scamerThey don’t have office where they give adress which is a taco place so they scam u and I am 100% sure all this review they got is a fake review

Great service and communication. They were very professional. Fazi who was appointed as my agent/coordinator was very through and spent enough time going through each and every detail of my application. I give him 5 stars for being super. The agency also got me a very quick appointment date. Overall a great experience and only reason area I would give them 4 star is charges for their service were extremly high. It is a shame we are only allowed 5 stars, because I think they deserve many more. With less than 24 hours to go to my travel I realised that my British passport had less that 6 months to expire and therefore not valid to travel to Dubai for a long awaited and hugely anticipated trip with my family! Being a dual national, my only chance was to get a visa for my other passport. Imagine the desperation and panic! Then came along our hero Diane (our travel consultant) who promptly responded to our call 2:00 am Dubai time and patiently, sensitively and sympathetically dealt with all my neurosis and queries. Moreover she was honest throughout and gave a very realistic but sensibly conservative chance of success, never exaggerating or overpromising. She patiently kept in touch throughout the process, understanding my families anxiety that daddy may not be able to join them, and guess what???!! 12 hours later I had the visa in my hand and we are flying as planned. She may have underpromised but she most certainly over-delivered! :-) I cannot describe the joy and find the words to express my gratitude.I would recommend them without hesitation.Thank you

Excellent service. Very reliable. Jona was available 24/7 to help me with my visa. It was a very last minute application but she knew what she was doing and was very patient and reassuring. She has been answering all My queries at out of hours. Really appreciate Jona at Pinoy Tourism. I would completely recommend them and especially her. 5 stars for her patience.

Very good service by the agent(FAZI) , i was skeptical at first as there are lots of scammer companies out there but this one didn’t not disappoint.Little bit pricey to book an appointment for Netherland visa to be honest but worth it if you’re in a hurry.They also provide form filling services as well as health insurance and hotel booking and flight itineraries.I got the visa thanks to them.
