I booked to have my hair highlighted a week in advance. Then on my appointment day I turned up five minutes early because that's what most people do. Then I waited at their reception for 10 minutes when they was doing nothing and they seen me waiting. Then they said can you wait in the waiting area which I did for 30 minutes then they decided to invite me to sit down in their salon chair then the lady decided to go and colour somebody's else hair and never even attempted to do anything with mine for 15 minutes while I'm in the salon chair. Then once a hour had past in total from entering their shop I told them I'm leaving it was absolute joke and pantomime what went on. I would advice people to stay away no manners, no class hardly any service on time.

Great place to get my hair products. My friend also managed to get her wigs. Lots of products to choose from. Definitely recommend to everyone. Cheaper than the high streets. Will be visiting again.

Brilliant clean shop selling everything for hair care including wigs and hair pieces. Also fabulous range of artificial flowers at reasonable prices.

Came in today after a hair disaster!! Was trying to achieve a nice bright red and unfortunately my hair turned orange!! with a bit of help choosing a colour which would cover the orange I am officially 100% bright pillar box red!! Thankyou so very much for saving the day!! Will be back very soon!! X

This shop is an Alladins cave for those who love hair and beauty products at competitive prices. They have so many great wigs and hair extensions of various qualities from the fancy dress kind to the serious stylists materials. They sell a lot of products for black hair though as a white woman I can't really say how comprehensive their range of black and very curly hair products is. All I can say is get in there girls and guys and find out and post a review! It looks pretty good to me!

Fantastic hairdressers. I have been a customer for 10 years and will continue to use hairworks. I have been to competitors in the past and they did not come close to the amazing service and finished product of my hair. Would not trust anyone else with my hair . I've been nearly every colour and had my hair at different length . Always patient and gently suggest an alternative when I have a mad idea that would not suit me . I have had acrylic nails and other beauty treatments and was always happy with the end result . I would highly recommend Hairworks .

I've visited here for dyes, extensions and hair products for years. I'd never go anywhere else. The staff all have such extensive knowledge of all hair types, and are great at helping you match your hair colour exactly with extensions that they sell. Amazing shop!
