Went into this Jack Wills not long ago and I must say the staff in there are brilliant! There was a young blonde lady, if I remember correctly she was called Anya, who was really helpful and went above and beyond to help me find something perfect for me! I will definitely be returning!

As soon as I walked into the store 1 male employee was sat on top of the display tables and the other female colleague was on her phone the whole time. Staff looked like they didn't want to be there
