Last time the delivery guy was at my house I told him that due to corona virus I wanted him to leave the parcel on my step and step away following the Covid lockdown regulations. The driver got offended and said he wouldn't. Come here anymore. I had a important parcel to be delivered today that hasn't been delivered because he said no one was at home. I have a camera on my front door proving he didn't even came here. I want to make a complaint and neither on they're website or by phone I can't get through to no one. What is the procedure I should take. I think the lawyers will have a say about this.

Pleasant staff

The driver left the parcel out side our door for someone to come along and take it ,we contacted them and got no joy , I suffer with agoraphobia which means I can't leave my home,my daughter needed a new coat, they didn't want to replace the item that they had left on the door step ,my daugher has since ordered a dress from shein and yesterday they done the same thing again we were a home they didn't even bother to knock just left it unattended on the door step again, lucky enough my daugther had checked shien for an update otherwise we were non of the wiser it was even their ,disappointed is an understatement, and they take no responsibility for this and you will be left out of pocket my sister contacted them a number of times and they just shut the case and wouldn't reply back

Excellent service

My wife has placed an order and on the app it is saying that the items have been delivered when no one came knocking at the door and they didnt even leave the package with a neighbour. The driver probably stole the packages. I tried to get in contact with them but no luck. They have no contact number or anything like that. The most horrible delivery company ever.
