I contacted 1948 Original Equipment after having a bad experience with another company (selling item's that aren't in stock). I received a swift response relating to a question and so I felt confident enough to make a purchase. The item was dispatched the next day and arrived a day earlier than expected. Axe handle broke after only a few months of light usage - Emailed to get some form of resolution and a brand new axe handle was offered and sent out to me free of charge - very good communication and customer service, highly recommend.
