Absolutely loved it. The guy that owned it was very knowledgeable about all his products ( very extensive range of tobacco products) and gave great customer service, 10/10 would recommend to any one.

I've been buying my tobacco from these fabulous people (Scarborough Branch) for over 6 years. Their knowledge of products is great, customer service is excellent and a really friendly bunch to talk with. We've had all our orders delivered and at a great price too. I am unable to leave my house due to C19 and needed to find an online seller of tobacco that will deliver to me. Thankfully google suggested Black Swan and I’m so glad they did. My first order was for my usual brand but I was intrigued to find out more about other brands they had on offer which I had never seen before. After quite a few email chats I ordered from their recommendations and couldn’t be happier! They really know their stuff and always reply quickly to my emails with helpful advice and recommendations. Shops like this one are few and far between so if your thinking of ordering from them you won’t regret it. I feel so welcomed by them I’d like to actually go into the shop, meet the team and see the shop. After this virus calms down that’s what I plan to do

This has got to be the best (online) tobacconist ever. They have a great range of products and offer great advice. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable, I've had conversations by email that have been very entertaining as well as informative. Never a problem and always keen to help with a really fair policy on missing deliveries, although I have never needed to use it. I'm really pleased I tried them and couldn't recommend them enough.
