I just wanted to pass on a big thank you to the whole admin team on the front desk, I know it’s rare in a service industry to have much other than complaints, especially when you are customer facing, but for this reason along with the fact that all the staff I've dealt with so far are all such a pleasure to deal with I thought it pertinent to highlight with some positive feedback.I changed vets recently and have had 3 visits since, 2 at Hindley and one at Leigh.I wanted to extend thanks to all the staff for their friendly approach, professional manner and over all high level of service. In particular I wanted to thank Bethany, for her friendly, patient and polite manner and all round excellent service, it’s a pleasure to deal with her and all the staff on the phone and over email, thank you for always going the extra mile. It’s much appreciated and makes a sometimes worrying experience much easier to go through.Also many thanks to Gordon (the vet who we went to see yesterday) for his lovely comments on the overall condition and weight of our girls (we have two French Bulldogs and a miniature Dachshund).

Hindley vet care offers outstanding service to both you and your pet. We have been visiting the surgery for over 7 years and can't praise them enough for there continued help and support! Special mention to Elaine for her understanding and her constant effort that ensures your pet receives the best care!!

I had 3 dogs and the staff at vetcare treated them all with care and attention. They always have time for you as well as the animal. You never feel as your being pushed out the door like I have experienced at other vet. 1 of my dogs pasted away earlier this year and the staff had so much time for my dog and me going through this tough time. Amazing people and I highly recommend this vets.

I've been taking our dogs to Vetcare in Hindley for over 20 years, with the most recent visit being with Ruby last week.Elaine and her colleagues on reception are fantastic, as are the team of Vets.I've always experienced exceptional service from a team that are highly professional, experienced and dedicated. I would highly recommend the practice to any pet owners.Thank you!

Literally just registered both my dogs here this morning. First impressions....Im impressed! I'm filled with confidence that both my Dogs will be well cared for here. Judy on receptiontion was so nice.. Looking forward to meeting the team on friday when i take Arlo for his appointment.

Really lovely, caring vets. They were really attentive and put me at ease. I have had 2 of my dogs neutered which for me was a worrying experience. They put my mind at rest and made me feel more confident of the whole experience. Would recommend to everyone.
