The service from this company is absolutely fantastic. I used Romeo’s taxi in Birmingham after leaving LAB11 on New Years Day. I had lost all of my friends, phone was dead and I was quite nervous about travelling alone but Romeo got me home safely and even reminded me not to stand outside of the hotel on my own when I got back and watched and waited until I was inside safely. As a girl this is absolutely priceless to know you are getting home safe. Can’t thank him enough!

By far the best service there! Romeo is just the kindest driver I have ever met! Expected a taxi service but end up with a friend! He was amazing when found out I have 6hrs wait for my flight he took me and bought! food and coffee! He is just amazing kind person and I highly recommend his service to anybody going to or from Birmingham airport i don't know anybody caring for the for client so much, but not even that- he cares for another human with kind heart! Will use again and recommend to friends

5 stars do not rate this taxi company highly enough. Romeo picked us up at very short notice from Birmingham to take us to Gatwick airport after bus delays put us at risk of missing our flight. Romeo was extremely kind, offering on multiple occasions to stop for food or at the shops, he also provided us charging cables to charge our phones. He went above and beyond what was asked and we are extremely grateful for all his help. I cannot recommend Romeo enough!!!

We were diverted to Birmingham airport instead of Gatwick. We phoned BTS professional cars & they arranged a driver really quickly to take us back to Essex. The driver was amazing. We were so grateful.I left my earbuds in the back of the taxi. We phoned the next day to see if they had been found & the owner kindly posted them back to me straight away.Excellent service.x

Romeo is one of a kind. Hired him to pick up my kid and drop him off at University. He just did not provide the pick up and drop off service. He was helpful, patient, understanding and most importantly, easy to communicate. The customer experience he provided is at a totally different level.Would use his services again soon and would recommend him without hesitation.
