Booked way before stay , usually means out in a better quiet room especially as checked how busy they were which was very quiet. Disappointed to be on ground floor at front by busy junction in a disability room next to exit door which was busy beeping with coming and going. Carpet had been shampoo and was quite wet ,but smelly and had to keep shoes on as socks gotten wet quickly. Overall ok but poor management to allow this to even occur.

OK sized carpark but also used for toby carveryWarm friendly check inRoom on the lower gound ,good size as was the shower roomWiFi is good if you pay for itBed super comfortableNext to a toby carveryWould stay again if in the area.Location isn't really close to any place to walk about.

Good reception, quiet, however, negative on the carpet in the hallway and room.look a bit dated, or it is bleached. Shower also not the best. They used shower blinds that tend to drain too much water on the floor, making excessive wetness in the toilet. clCustomer service. not much interaction with them, but the little I had was wonderful.

Absolutely amazing staff Denise and unfortunately I didn't get the name of the man that came on after. They were so helpful and really great with my dogs. And the sensitivity of our stay. Rooms were clean and lovely and warm. I couldn't fault anything!

Basic but clean rooms. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful and made us feel welcome. But please Travelodge, do something about your carpets! They may be clean, but they are so old, they look like there has been a massive outbreak of vomiting in the entire hotel.

Accessible room with very heavy door.Doubt if loo is easy wheelchair access if at all. Bed too low and too soft so difficult rising. Room 102 ground floor but next to exit door so late arrivals and early leavers disturb. Also smokers outside window so had to keep it shut.

Interior of the building is a bit dated and could do with updating but the rooms seemed cleaner than than your average travelodge and very friendly staff at check in.
