My husband and I both really enjoy training with Paul twice a week. It works very well for us that he comes to our house and at times which suit our schedule. He brings a selection of equipment and knows a variety of exercises. We always feel energised and happier after we’ve trained. I’m sure this release of endorphins is down to both the working out and also, listening to some of the best jokes one has ever heard.

I’ve really enjoyed working with Paul, he has really supported me both physically and mentally. He has made the exercise experience fun, we always have a laugh whilst exercising. He travels to me which is really convenient, and brings his own equipment. He both adapts to how I’m feeling whilst also pushing me. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Paul.

I had Paul as my personal trainer and he was great and made every session tough but incredibly enjoyable at the same time. As a trainer he was very personable and helped me a lot as he knew how to push me and get the most out of me. I have been working with Paul for just over four months and I already feel healthier and stronger. The difference it has made to me has been incredible. Paul is a great PT, he knows his stuff and makes working out interesting and enjoyable. His jokes are an added bonus (although at times could use some improvement!! :-) ). Seriously though, if you are thinking of getting a PT, I cannot recommend Paul enough.
