I needed a replacement boiler after my 16 year old system failed called RPM they dropped of new boiler same day and fitted new one the following day in less than 4 hours, I asked for a new radiator stat to be fitted after they had quoted and they fitted at no additional cost. After they had completed the work I had a change of mind and asked them to fit a hive smart sensor and I would pay the additional time and materials. They went out and got the hive smart sensor and changed it at no additional cost. The staff were friendly clean, leaving no mess. The cost was very competitive very highly recommended, I have made sure I have their card so they can do all my future heating and plumbing work.

Excellent service from start to finish. Extremely tidy, left all rooms clean and free of debris. A real mark of how professional they are, we asked if they could check the current piping and replace if necessary. Could have easily made extra from this but they inspected the piping and advised piping all good saving us some money.

Have used RPM before but just for servicing. Richard did a great job fitting new boiler, he arrived on the agreed day, first thing in the morning, worked straight through until new boiler was up and working. Charged the exact amount as the original quote. Couldn’t be happier.

I had not used RPM before but I had no heat or hot water and Richard was kind enough to come round after normal working hours and fixed my boiler in no time as he carries spare parts. The price was very reasonable. I cannot thank him enough

I highly recommend RPM heating services, the team are fantastic! They responded immediately to my call for help when my old boiler broke down recently during extreme icy weather conditions.
