Interesting that my review from last few weeks has been deleted. I had a bad experience with this service. After 4 months of this company looking after my dog, we decided to stop working with this service as it wasn’t matching our expectations I.e poor communication and not a single photo sent to us nor any photo updates of our dog in their FB and instagram app. After giving them notice and paid the bill on the same day we received the invoice, I asked for my house key back. This was not returned for about 4 weeks with no response to my emails, texts and calls. Finally returned my house key when I threatened to call the police to report this company. So sad that it ended this way. I will keep posting this honest review even if this keeps getting deleted. I have the right to post my experience and I saved all the written evidence.

A fantastic dog walking service. Jess has been excellent since day one. Our dog absolutely loves her and she goes the extra mile in looking after him and making sure he’s left ok once she brings him back. Would highly recommend the service.To the person who left the 1 star review, you should remove it as this is a completely unfair and inappropriate way to review. We had no issue getting hold of Jess and have always had excellent communication from the start.
