Lisa provided a very professional service for us when we were looking for tenants to rent our house. She gave great attention to detail and guided us through the process and requirements with care. Her communication was clear and responses rapid. She also succeeded in finding tenants within a matter of weeks. Highly recommend.

This Lettings Agency do things the right way. From the moment we made contact, we felt kept in the loop and supported at all times.  Upon moving in, the team were efficient, friendly and professional and ensured via phonecalls and emails that we were okay and had settled in well.When we had an issue with the heating, the team were incredibly quick to respond and, with our one year old son,  they went above and beyond to make sure the issue was sorted the same day (it was also a bank holiday so we were even more impressed).  Not only that, a member of the team immediately came round with electric heaters for us to ensure we were warm before the plumber arrived. With a baby, we couldn't have been more grateful.It is also worth saying that we have been impressed with the very apparent excellent communication between team members; when we have spoken to different staff about an issue, three different team members knew exactly what was happening and what needed to be done next.It feels lovely to be a well-cared-for tenant. Would highly recommend Harlows of Frome, especially Lisa and Katrina who were fantastic dealing with the sale of our property. They provide such a personal and “ can do “ service as well as having a genuine understanding of property sales and rentals in the local area. They also manage two rental properties for us and as we don’t live locally we really needed a company that we can trust. After the breakdown of my marriage with a one year old I came to Lisa with a list of problems with the house.Including the fact I was unable to live there for two weeks with no heating ( no reduction on my rent)About half of this list was completed and I explained I was worried I would loose some deposit when leaving as in a dire financial situation after all my problems. I was promised I was an excellent tenant and that wouldn’t happen. I felt supported and really looked after by them even after the lack of rent reduction.Roll on three months after handing in my notice and them accepting a tenant a week before my due date to move I leave (again with no refund on rent I’d paid for the extra week) and am deducted a large amount of my deposit for quite clearly petty reasons to make some money back from the handful of jobs done to make the house SAFE. Even after all this I have had to chase them multiple times to actually recieve any of my deposit back.If you are vulnerable or have children, steer completely clear of this company. I have never felt so lied to and manipulated and would hate for other families to go through what I did.

My family and I have been renting from harlots for the past 2 1/2 years they are a fantastic team who bend over backwards to help young families . They are always at the end of the phone and will fix any problems swiftly. I would recommend harlows to any family or person alike but especially families with children they provide an incredible service
