Thank you for Roy and all his staff for arranging my father funeral. My fathers funeral was full of respect and dignity, all that my father deserved and we are really grateful for all the respect and support you given us in this difficult time.

On the 10th September 2023 we lost our dear Mum. From the initial contact (Leigh) to Roy who dealt with my Mums funeral. The firm of undertakers are amazing. Leigh took control of the circumstances and went the extra mile .Many thanks Leigh and Roy

My sisters, brother and I were very pleased with Roy and his team. They were very professional, considerate and were able to help us through this difficult time.

Roy and his team looked after both my Mum and Nan who died within 6 weeks of each other. It’s been a difficult time for all the family but we found that we could talk to Roy about any aspect of the funeral from the outset.On the day itself, everything went smoothly. We could not have asked for a better send off.

When my mum passed away she had listed certain things, one was to use Roy as the Funeral Director. He was very helpful and professional which helped me deal with the situation. I can't thank him and his team enough.

My family and I were really impressed with Roy, Sam and the rest of the pallbearers with the funeral preparations for my dad. Roy has this remarkable skill when interacting with the mourners, almost as if he takes the pain away when he speaks to you with his soothing and personable voice. He was very respectful and the coffin with the Hindu symbol was just beautiful. My family and I are very grateful to him. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts, From the Parmar family.

A big thank you to Roy, and all the team for supporting us with my Mum's arrangements and funeral, and all the outside support recommended by Roy (Andrew the Minister especially).
