Don't turn up for appointments. When got up he was a breakdown .I understand that a breakdown come 1st which is fantastic. But why phone your customer to tell they are running late it would go a long away with customer service

My wife inherited a stairlift from a late friend who realised my wife with COPD would eventually benefit from it. Last weekend that day arrived and try as I did I couldn't get them installed and set up properly. One phone call on Monday to Matt resulted in an engineer arriving on Tuesday, and 2 hours later we had a working stairlift. No mess, no fuss just top notch professionalism from The Dolphin Team.My wife and I would like to say a huge thank you to Matt and the team.....

Good equipment just what you need.

Stairlift are people that are unable to get up n down stair .. yes ?3nights of ours out of action .. stuck at bottom of stairs , having to sleep on settee .Disgusting ,, that a stroke victim as to sleep on a uncomfortable settee !!Not happy !
