Shame on youIf, as per the reviews; you are one of many receiving a seemless services it is of course great. If like us you had items missing and a broken appliance; Lord help you. We've been placated, lied to, fobbed off and kept waiting and waiting with no thought at all for us as individuals. Please read our journey for which we are still no further forward other than we've made an official complaint and still no word. Also, please be aware that replies to reviews are lip servive. Im shocked, exhausted and our kitchen experience rui ed by hapless service. We will be seeking further advice from an external service...Thanks you once again Installation Team, you have taken my breath away by arranging special delivery of the missing parts you failed to deliver twice; to my works address. And thank you so much for your customer focused delivery slot between 7am to 8.30am which for a large percent of people, including me; don't start work until 9am. Words really do fail me and your ability to really offer that personal service - because you offer the service of a well oiled rusty wheel I will have to go into work 2 hours early to wait for my delivery in hope that we will have what we need before our work top is fitted...thank you for a memorable experience.** I HAPPENED TO PASS THE WREN VEHICLE ON THE WAY TO WORK AT 6.45AM DRIVING IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION.I WAVED HIM DOWN... HE ADVISED ME NO PARCEL HAS BEEN LOADED ON THE TRUCK AND HE HAS NO IDEA WHY. IT IS JUST AS WELL I SAW HIM, NO TEXT, NO UPDATE NO TRACKING WHICH I WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE... YOUR SERVICE CAN ONLY BE DESCRIBED AS INEPT, BECAUSE OF THIS YOU CAUSE UNNECESSARY STRESS AND INCONVENIENCE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS - I had initially recommended Wren having had great service until involvement with the Installation Team, this won't be the case from now on - STOP BEING SO CARELESS, YOUR SERVICE IS SHAMEFUL.24/4 to add insult to injury, the extractor fan we used twice has stopped working!27/4 only because I checked, no email or update received; did I discover once again the order has been changed to May... terrible, terrible customer service9/5 - still no drawer fronts, still a broken extractor for which a Wren customer advisor stated we needed to provide proof of purchase (bought from Wren) due to a sticker with serial number not being where it should be...17/05 advised tbe drawers were to be delivered today...nope, nothing and that's with management intervention!8 failed deliveries, absolutely disgraceful how Wren is allowed to trade in this manner; completely shameful and inept.Any replies from customer service on here are lip servive, i regret ever contacting this company and no Wren, you're not sorry.19/05 also advised to expect a delivery yesterday; nothing22/05 - after chasing these items with the manager i received a call from him querying my Trustpilot review. I asked why this was relevant, the matter then laboured to the extent I had to end the call. Highly inappropriate. I did however receive a call afterwards and a very helpful voicemail with a comprehensive update. Thank you

Please consider carefully before buying a kitchen from this company! At great cost to my health I spent many weeks/months and even now after sometime has passed trying to put right the wrongs & damage to my life they caused when I had a kitchen fitted! Don't believe this company when they promise to put things right...not one single word! AVOID

Oh Wren KitchensIt started so well. Danny at your flagship Hull Branch, so fresh-faced, so eager to please. He readily admitted he didn't have the experience, but he was willing to learn. Together we sketched out a dream and he skillfully turned it into a concept and then a plan.There were sacrifices, of course, and compromises to accept but the end result was with the help of your VR studio, beautifully illustrated.Then others got involved, first, there was the survey man, he knew a lot, and so much of what had been designed was done by others that were obviously vastly inexperienced. (Pity he didn't keep note of the changes he made, then at least the wall cupboards would have arrived on time!)Delivery of the bulk of the products was not a big issue, as was the installation. Wren, in the main you do it well. But it's the detail that counts.I am not a fussy man, but a do like a bit of plinth on my cupboards, and when the bar cupboard is also the room divider and is not yet in place two months after the agreed date, I am starting to wonder about the state of this relationship. (I would love to look at this through beer goggles" but I can't unpack my selection of handcrafted ales!And then there was the time you accused me of lying about the delivery driver

Pass the book culture. Worked there a year. How they’ve become so big is beyond me. Can’t even order kitchens to their own showrooms correctly so I dare to think what customers have to experience. Use Kitchen studio.

Designer Jessica (Wren Kitchens, Maidstone) was friendly and professional. Showroom was clean and ‘glossy’.After we discovered a plethora of issues with our first AND second delivery, the commitment from the Store Manager quickly dwindled.It would seem that as soon as you’ve handed over £10k, you’re at the mercy of Customer Services, who quite frankly are as much used as a chocolate teapot (if you can get through to them at all).We are almost 6 months post-sale and our ‘Wrenovation’ is still littered with problems.Wren even offered to give a full refund if we rip it out and allow them to collect it, account for every item, before throwing it into their skip.I was keen for removal and refund but their Case Manager suggested this would be a massive upheaval and was ‘keen’ to find a better solution. Therefore, I started negotiating an alternative to starting from scratch but he was supposed to reply two days ago and I’ve heard nothing.So here we go again, playing the waiting game and no one at Wren appears to give a flying monkeys.I really wanted to wait until the kitchen was finished before posting this with the hope that I’d have a fit for purpose and durable kitchen installed, but 6 months on, I’m running out of goodwill and patience now.Save your money, time, upset, stress and annoyance and just go else where.Update Aug ‘22: the entire Wren kitchen has now been removed and refunded - what an upheaval! I didn’t even get a ‘sorry this has happened’, just denial and resistance for the most part.I’ve had it replaced by a local independent company and I’m very pleased with the quality and finish.

Steer well and truly clear. We had heard that Wren were far better with their customer service and hence decided to give them a chance. All had gone well but there were a few minor mistakes. I'm very easy going and let most slide. But today our oven arrived, 3 weeks late and the wrong colour. I was patient about the late arrival, but cannot accept cream instead of black. I've called to rectify but they said we had changed it (which we had not). As you can see, our 3D renders have always shown black. But we have ended up with cream.I've been patient and waited until 6th December. I was even very polite when we notified them of their mistake. But they point blank refuse to rectify it. Being 8.5 months pregnant, with two children, close to Christmas, and no resolution from Wren customer service (after a 2 hour call), I would definitely say to stay well and truly clear.On Tuesday I was promised a call back by the end of Wednesday 7th. My partner and I queried will you actually call back?" To which Charlotte replied "I'm a manager

Awful experience, avoid at all costs. Kitchen ordered earlier this year and work started in Apr-22 but did not complete until Sep-22.1. Ovens: First oven could not be supplied so Wren replaced the model, without consultation. The second oven could also not be supplied for fitting until 5 months later.2. Worktops: Wren delivered the wrong worktop, a design completely opposite to the one ordered and despite providing clear photos graphs, they disputed my claims for two weeks, and also attempted to charge me £216 to redeliver the wrong worktop.3. Worktop Replacement: We sourced a replacement worktop from another company and found the exact worktop we had ordered from Wren, but at half the price!4. Rubbish: Wren do not supply skips for the rubbish, resulting in huge piles of rubbish on the driveway, including nails and screws, easily able to puncture car tyres.5. Poor Quality: We had to have a number of panels and doors replaced due to poor quality or damage. The cooker hood was also delivered damaged.6. Missing Parts: The kitchen was delivered but had several panels missing.7. Injury: One door panel fell off, injuring my Wife. To this date, Wren have not responded to any of our emails or letters on this matter.Their overall communication is awful, taking days to respond to urgent matters and not responding to other requests.
