Friendly guys, been there quite a few times now for phone screen repairs. Given a great deal on a second hand mobile phone. Excellent service and great prices, no complaints...

We had an amazing experience at Mobile Phone Repair Doctor in Woolwich. Staff are friendly, trustworthy and good at what they do. We have been to other phone shops, in the area and nothing compares with this.

The workers in this shop know what they're doing. They managed to repair my laptop screen in about three hours. If you need to have your phone or laptop, this is the place to go. The prices are fair for the fast service. Very satisfied and would recommend to everyone.

So hard to get good customer service with good quality products! The service here was great, so polite, and made me understand what was needed to fix my phone and what I had damaged inside by dropping it. Definitely recommend!

This place is to avoid at all costs. The guy that runs it and sells things is fine but it’s the technician that is a joker. Took my phone to get the camera lens replaced, it was replaced but the photo quality was very blurry, was then told that it’s a camera problem and not lens. So why not tell me in the first instance? Anyway avoid getting repairs. Buying standard stuff from them seems ok

Went to repair my Iphone screen at this shop and they damaged the home button and tampered with the phone components and now the phone doesnt stay on longer than 5minutes before losing power and restarting.When I informed them of the issue straight away they tried to charge me extra to get the phone fixed back to the original condition i gave it to them in and then started becoming abusive after I requested a refund.I would like to advise others not to get there gadgets repaired here. In addition, I have reported this unprofessional store to the trading standards.

This company is a fraud. They give cheap products that break ok the same day. And they do not refund and repair and very rude to customers. Don’t go there it’s waste of your money.. no customer care or consideration.

I am so happy, my phone has been fixed. I run a small business trying to make ends meet and was agonising how I would have to spend a huge amount of money to by a new company phone. I was amazed that Ash and his team could sort my phone out. They even threw in a new screen protector free of charge. I have gone to other phone shops and each time I have had to go back with the same issue because the problem was not sorted out properly. I have been to Mobile Phone repair to buy iphone ear pods and have had it now for long time and have had no issues with it. It is so refreshing to know we have a phone shop and a dedicated and trust worthy company in Woolwich.

Like many others in these comments, I went there a while ago for a phone repair procedure (nothing too complicated, just a charging port repair). After £100 and easily 6 or 7 visits, they eventually gave me my phone back, *broken*. They then refused to pay for any damage, or even to give me my money back, proudly claiming that I could never prove that they had done the damage!Avoid at all cost!
