DPD Pickup Parcelshop

Absolutely shocking this company has dropped my parcel ( daughter present) at the wrong address taken a photo of them with it, and gone.I've contacted via every portal chat, email, etc and getting no where keep saying delivered!!While is was technically delivered it was not to my house!!! So im down the money and no explanation and zero offer of help!I even asked if they could contact the driver to find out what wrong address he gave it too, to knock at whatever door step the photo is of to ask for my daughters birthday present back and they can't.So everyone be careful they didn't even knock at my home with it as my daughter was waiting currently home schooling etc
