I got builder gel done on my natural nails. Staff was nice. You have to trust the process with their builder gel application. They built my nails too thin for my taste and there’s no apex. They were patient with me when I asked to change a couple of times. I’m happy with the design which I’m sure was quite difficult to recreate. And for the price I can’t really complain.Photos are taken a week after the appointment.

I am in love! I got my nails done on the 4th, and I was out within the hour. I was given a price upfront, and they got straight to work. They are so fast with everything and care for every detail! Even the nail art was so beautiful and was done so fast! I 100% recommend trying this place out! They are so sweet and they'll see me again!

AVOID AT ALL COST. After taking my existing gel polish off and trimming some cuticles took them over one hour I was asked to wait for a bit" to have gel reapplied. After a good 15 minutes I lost my patience and asked to pay for what they had done so that I could leave. They charged me TWENTY TWO pounds for a "Spa manicure" since they'd given me some cold water to put my fingers in before cutting the cuticles. My nails were cut and not filed and I left with my hands in a horrible state. NEVER AGAIN!"
