Can't thank Jozene enough for the help she provided us in getting our wedding stationery perfect for our special day. Jozene is friendly, outgoing and give us lots of advice to ensure we had all areas covered! Our day time and night time invites are amazing. I designed the night time invites in one go. But we were back and forward a few times on the day invites as couldnt decide if i wanted gold or silver. Everyone thinks they are fab.. i will be telling all brides to go here.

Very disappointing service. Daytime and evening invitations ordered....took a good while to get right and when was eventually happy with the proof and received them they were very poor. Daytime invites had heart shaped pearls on front but every single one fell off either before being delivered or once they were removed from the envelope. None of the hearts were in the centre of the ribbon as they should have been. Evening invites were not cut square and a good few of the envelopes would not stick so cellotape had to be used. Every invitation had a sticker on the back of them with made to matter details on including address and facebook account etc making them look tacky. On complaining I was told they were handmade and it was not precision engineering! the mistakes could be clearly seen to the naked eye. I was offered to take them back to be fixed at no extra cost but I had no time to wait for them to be redone. I had already extended the RSVP dates by one week so couldn't wait any longer. I then didn't get a reply to my 2nd email......I am not a professional but I could have done better myself. Made to matter obviously had too much work to do and not enough time was taken with my invites. I have felt the need to explain to every person being given an invitation making it very embarrassing to say the least. I would certainly not recommend Made to Matter to anyone.
