Moto Hilton Park M6 Southbound

Provided much needed break from driving and a chance to revitalise before continuing the rest of our journey home after what had been a long and difficult day. Clearly signed from the entrance to parking. The venue was clean and fairly tidy. Not crammed with facilities but still a choice of where and what to eat and drink and a welcome change of scenery from tarmac and other road users. It had generic seating areas that had some messy tables with rubbish that had been left by previous customers that had been too lazy to use any of the many bins provided, There were however, quite a few staff standing around at the various eateries that could have cleared and wiped the tables instead of chatting.The main toilets were up stairs but there were disabled facilities on the ground level. A radar key was needed to access these. Fortunately I had my own as there was no one around to assist. The room was clean, smelt OK and was spacious enough for a wheelchair to manoeuvre.Unlike most public disabled facilities, these were actually set up for the convenience of most disabilities.

Like most generic service stations. It has everything you need. Food/ rest rooms and of course fuel

Horrible place. Dirty, slow service and toilets are upstairs.With so many nice options to grab a coffee and some charge for the EV, this is just not an option you want to use unless like me you are desperate for enough juice to get home.Avoid!

It was a convenient stop and the food and service from staff here was brilliant quality for a service station. We stayed overnight at the Travelodge Hotel on site which was quite good. You can tell that the service facility is old and is very well used but it does feel like it has loads of character as well which I quite like. Just needs a bit of TLC and the fuel price on site was ridiculous, the retailer is not passing on the savings there by any means unfortunately.

I had visited a business in Walsall and was on my way home. Feeling the beginning of a need for a comfort break I decided to stop just in case a delay making the need more urgent. It is a tired looking motorway stop and was not overly busy when I called late morning. The place was clean with the usual selection of outlets. Having freshened up I purchased a drink and rested and comfortable continued my journey in a more relaxed state.

After a very long day driving to Liverpool and back stopped on the return journey for some food. Despite it being around 10pm Burger King were still open, as was Costa. W H Smiths was just closing. Grabbed a burger and drink and had a leisurely meal before continuing on the 2 hour plus trip home.

It seems like a well-appointed place. I'm not able to say anything about the prices or quality of any of the outlets as I was only there for a comfort break".On that score

The carpark was empty and when walking in, it seemed quite sparse. Toilets are upstairs and were clean. Went to Burger King, and it cost a few pence off a 10er for a burger. I haven't been for years, so this could be the price everywhere. Add another £2 and u can get the meal 'deal.' The staff were very friendly and efficient. Bought a universal charger from the shop on the way out on your right. The young man asked card or cash. He paused for a few seconds then answered £14.99. What the hell, I definitely think that price was made up on the spot, but we will never know

Ha ha ha ha! It's so expensive that you have to laugh. Two slices of bread with a meager cheese filling" will cost you nearly £5. For that price you could buy a loaf of bread

The place is right for the break/rest area. There are hyper markets, quick shopping and food and cofee outlets.There are also number of Tesla and non-tesla super-fast ev chargers if you are driving an ev car.
