Very DISAPPOINTED!!All the staff is very helpful and my ESOl teacher was excellent and inspiring person, but this year when I enrol for next level I was obviously DISCRIMINATED by the teacher, who accepted my documents (misunderstood reasons). She said that I should to be in waiting list, but my colleagues enrol after me without waiting list. After then I have so many enquiry to the ESOL main teacher, but She didn’t give any answer. She answered when I started calling the institute from everywhere, although the answer was that- I have to wait even they were accepting other students at the same time .

Waste of my time. Counselling course for 2 years down the drain. One dimensional teaching-person centred approach. Big joke !! Poor teaching techniques absolutely ludicrous....

Highly recommending counselling skills course with teacher Vic and English lessons with teacher Lily. The courses are very useful for everyday life and for developing new communication skills and confidence. The atmosphere during the lessons is very friendly and teachers are absolutely brilliant.

The staff are very nice inside. But I would like to point out is be wary of the parking. I park there regularly for short periods of time and I've been given a ticket when I was unable to log into the app getting login error.I eventually got in and paid for it but was pass the 10 minutes time frame. I got parking ticket still. Went to appeal and they refused it. So even though I stayed for like 30 minute, paid for 3 hours I still have to pay the £60. But you expect this behavior with private parking firms. Disappointed.Make sure you have pound coins on you in case the app don't log you in so you can use the machine.

More organised and far more affordable than universities in London offering similar courses. The institute itself is spacious and very well run. The teachers are excellent too!

The staff have been very patient an helpful.I coming up for retirementI fall out treacher I complained the stuidance couldn't earn the live gorwing up in minion are district was a disavage to the barnos home children. My treacher worn me the sarficed the children a war.I suffer poverty wage not a bring welcame the law degree.They took Holwood advise and impolyed me figure they so stricked they found staff .Add entail a soffed a strock it was a marger one.I'll never be noumle again.I would like to thank Redbridge council. I don't know who they should display a sing they deserve praise.

I have been learning jewellery making at Redbridge since past 6 years. The tutors are very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. It's been a great learning experience, I will continue my courses here for many more years to come.
