LondonWoof are absolutely wonderful. Friends recommended them to me when I first got my puppy, and the entire team has been brilliant from Day 1. My puppy absolutely loves them and always comes back happy and relaxed from a day full of fun. Gabor, Ruta and the entire team are always super responsive, completely reliable and really lovely to talk to. I know they're very popular and not in need of another glowing recommendation, but I'm happy to add mine to the very long list. :)

LondonWoof is simply the best! They have looked after my two dogs for almost four years now. I have used LondonWoof for daycare multiple days per week and boarding on occasion. My dogs always come home happy and tired after a great day with the LondonWoof team. They get so excited when they hear the van pull up outside and go running to greet the team. Its very clear that my dogs love the people at LondonWoof and you can see that love is mutual. I have never had to worry when my dogs are with them because I know they are in such good hands and are well taken care of. The team in the office is easily reachable and communication has always been open and quick. They have gone out of their way to help when special circumstances have come up and are very easy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend LondonWoof to anyone who is looking for outstanding dog care. As I said at the beginning LondonWoof is THE BEST!

LondonWoof helped me in very difficult circumstances that can happen to a pet owner. They organised the transport to the vets of my injured dog and it wasn’t the easiest thing to do as my fur baby is reactive. They were very understanding and I cannot recommend them enough. LondonWoof is the perfect place for your dog! They have looked after my Golden Retriever named Gostosa, for four years! From their daycare service to their boarding one, everything is impeccable. Gostosa was always extremely happy when she saw the LondonWoof staff at our door and after a lovely day at Londonwoof she would come back happy and exhausted.The team is very caring both with the dogs and their owners. The team in the office is super reachable and they would always send pictures and updates whenever Gostosa went for boarding which was always something very comforting for us as dog-owners. As well the team that take care of the dogs is super caring and lovable with the dogs and would always do everything for them. The space is also perfect with lots of grass space to run, with pools and water play during summer time and they would eventually do some walks next to the river and at Gunnersbury park that were simply amazing!It is simply the best service you'll find in London.

My dog Ruby is very shy and nervous around other dogs, and quite anxious in general. We have been sending her to London Woof once a week for a few weeks now to try and build her confidence up and get used to other dogs. I couldn't be happier or more impressed! Ruby is still not overly excited when they arrive to pick her up, but this morning she happily walked and led the way to the van with the driver, which I think says a lot! I receive updates and photos throughout the day and Ruby arrives home very happy and relaxed. The staff are kind and very helpful with all my questions and have been so understanding with allowing Ruby to settle and get used to the place and the other dogs. Very happy we found London Woof!

LondonWoof is absolutely amazing! My golden retriever has had play days at LondonWoof several days a week for the past three years. She excitedly waits at the door for Angela to pick her up and comes home at the end of the day happy and exhausted! Gabor is quick to respond to any requests or questions I have and I never worry if Bella is well taken care of. Everyone there seems to genuinely love the dogs and make them a priority every day. Thank you LondonWoof for doing a great job and taking such good care of Bella and friends!

We are so grateful for everyone at London Woof!! We moved to London a few years ago from the US and because of London Woof we have been able to travel and experience Europe while knowing our sweet golden retriever, Rose, was safe and happy! We always feel confident she is in the best hands! You can tell how much everyone on the team loves and cares for all the dogs. They provide an amazing all around service for the dogs and the pickup and drop off service has been so nice through the years! The manager, Gabor, has always been incredibly attentive over email and on the phone. Ruta and Robert and the rest of the team have also been amazing! Our dog can be a little anxious and timid but we feel London Woof has helped her come out of her shell and seeing videos of her happy and playing with the other dogs at day care always makes us smile! We highly recommend them!! Thank you London Woof!! :)

LondonWoof has been a terrific find for me. The staff are really friendly and caring, and my Rosie comes back happy and tuckered out after a hard day playing :-)From my perspective, they are very flexible (much more so than some other daycares) and the online booking portal is great. I also like that they are local to SW London, so the dogs are not spending hours in the van going out to Surrey.All in all, 5 stars and long may Rosie continue to be a part of the LondonWoof family :-)

The LondonWoof folks are some of the friendliest, most communicative, accessible, and dog-loving people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. My retriever spends 2 days a week with them, always returning utterly knackered but totally content with a day of frolic and fun. I recommend LondonWoof to everyone I know around Chiswick.
