1 star is even being generous!Terrible company!Ordered in November, didn’t hear anything. Cancelled the order beginning of December and still NO REFUND! Despite the promises I will receive it.It’s an appalling and dishonest company,NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.Having to contact trading standards and discuss with solicitor this week as they will Not get away with it.

WARNING - AVOID THIS COMPANY !!This is an absolutely appalling company. Non existent customer service. I sent my hoverboard to them for a repair, It took a whole month for them to look at it despite my numerous calls. They never respond to emails. They never keep promises made on the phone (When you can speak to somebody). Eventually they said the hoverboard would cost £200 to repair and would take four weeks to get parts. They offered me the option of buying a reconditioned hoverboard “ with some cosmetic scratches etc” for £200.I can buy a brand new hoverboard for that money!This is obviously SCAM shop! They can probably fix my board for £10 and sell it to some other guy as a “recon offer” etc for £200.I have told them to just send my hoverboard back. Unsurprisingly I have had no response to my email. I’ll try calling too, but my feeling is that it will take weeks, if I ever see it again.SCAM COMPANY- AVOID!!!

Just to warn others of this company. If you have any issues whatsoever with quality, performance, delays, repairs, incorrect item shipped, missing parts etc. and you need to deal with customer service in any way whatsoever, YOU ARE SCREWED... And best say goodbye to your money, and hello to massive disappointment.

AVOID ordered the start of October said it would be delivered within 3 days. Finally received it a month later even though I rang up to cancel and they said that’s fine and they would refund me. They still proceeded to deliver the segway and hoverboard so as soon as they arrived I sent them straight back and now there saying they haven’t received the package even the DPD provided proof of signature and delivery. Still no refund.

Ordered 2 hoverboards on 17th November with the seats. I have been strung along the whole time, we have had 2 seats delivered with no sign of the boards. It’s Christmas Eve tomorrow and I now have to go and try to find 2 other hoverboards so I will be out of pocket another £500. Do not use this company they have lied to me the whole time and now the day before Christmas Eve I have to go out to try to find another present for my my 5 and 7 year olds. Absolutely gutted

First of all great website. Choosing hoverboard is a confusing and tricky task. I didn't want to buy any old thing without looking into it. I wanted good quality with a good battery. I also had a budget as I was buying two for my daughters. I couldn't go crazy. But the bundle deals you have are brilliant. As I did want the go karts too.They are Birthday gifts for next week so I can't review on performance. But I have had a sneaky peaky at them in the box and they look great. I can not wait for my twins to open them next week and give them a go. And I also can not wait to have a try myself.Delivery was super too. Can not fault it.I will definitely recommend your website to friends.Segbo is the only way to go for Hoverboards.

Don't even deserve 1 star. Awful company to deal with. Ordered segway bundle and the cart never arrived. I had to chase them about it. With an update of it comes from China dmso no eta. Then the segway broke after 1 charge and not even 2 uses. On return they sent labels and sent me all round the houses to return it. After nearly 20quid on fuel driving to all these places that could not take my parcel. So they arrange a DHL return. Now I have had confirmation it was delivered yet 2 weeks on and still not refund. No one responding to emails and no one ever in the bloody office to speak to. Worst company ever. Will be reporting to trading standards.

What an awful company. I bought a hover board bundle in May and, 6 months later, I have not yet recieved the product despite countless calls and emails to customer services. They are perfectly nice and helpful on the phone but NEVER complete the actions they say. How do we hold companies like this to account?

Worst company.We ordered my sons Christmas present at the end of November - we were advised that there was a guaranteed Christmas delivery, we still have no board. I have tried emailing the company several times with no response!Don’t ever use them

Avoid buying anything with this company. Our boys hoverboard had a mechanical malfunction and we had to send it back at our own cost. They apparently fixed it and then sent it back only for it to be in a far worse condition. We then sent it back a second time about 3 months ago and we are still waiting for it to be fixed! We keep getting mixed messages and constant excuses as to why it’s not back with us. We have now asked for a refund as it’s within the year of original purchase, were told not possible as we’ve used it!! They then said it’s fixed and will be with us…again no show! Found out today we are getting a replacement, but won’t hold my breath. So my next step is to physically pay them a visit and demand my money back. Also I will be seeking legal assistance and going to the local press. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!
