Holiday Inn Express Southampton M27, JCT.7, an IHG Hotel

I stayed her me for one night. The parking was pretty full but they had another parking site nearby. The room was good and clean. There wasn’t much amenities like fridge. The bathroom was clean and was provided with the shower gel and hand gel as well. The room was having a good air conditioning. The only problem I had was the kettle provided wasn’t cleaned properly as I have seen the limescale. The stay included breakfast and the breakfast was very nice.

Stayed here for 1 night, the room was very clean, powerful shower, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful.The only downside was the restaurant, it's more of a cafe that a restaurant you would find in other hotels, the food tasted fine but our mains came out with our starters so bare that in mind when ordering.

Absolutely fantastic stay over the weekend.Room had balloons and a card for our 2 year old - Checked in on Friday 1st which was his birthday.Staff very friendly, polite and couldn't have done any better.Breakfast was fantastic.Room was just what was needed.No faults here, thank you for a brilliant stay.

Could do with tad more cleanliness in rooms. Toilet smells of urine. Pan missing male I guess.The breakfast buffet was superb which set us off perfectly for our cruise. Some younger staff need to smile a bit more. Makes a huge difference.Overall extremely happy and would definitely use again and recommend

Ample free parking. Even when they fill-up, they have overflow. Lastly, they provided a clean, comfortable a quiet place to sleep for the evening. The breakfast, although plentiful, was subpar in quality.

Very impressed! Lovely entrance and reception area. Staff here and bar area very welcoming. My room was perfect. Immaculately clean. Loved the parsley body wash. Very calm and peaceful. 100% recommended and would stay again in a heartbeat. I rarely give 5 stars but this place totally deserves it.

Myself, my husband and son came to stay on a pultons park short break for our little ones second birthday. I had asked if they could put some birthday decorations in the room for our little one due to us arriving in our little ones birthday the hotel went above by putting a 2 balloon and birthday boy balloons as well as putting card for our little one in the room he was so excited by this and definitely helped make his experience. The staff at the hotel were super Friendly and lovley and very accommodating. At breakfast time the staff were very good at interacting with our little boy. There was a good selection for breakfast. We would definitely recommend staying here as a family. Thank you making our experience very special

Standard Holiday Inn experience. Clean and tidy rooms and good service. Free parking is a bonus however spaces were running low as we arrived late. Breakfast selection was good considering included with the room but got busy. Would stay again.
