Just bought 2nd motorhome from here. Excellent service from Scott and his team. Nothing is too much trouble. Even after purchase, any niggling little issue's/problems are dealt with immediately and professionally.

Rang and spoke to Scott gave him all of our details what we were looking for asked for advice as its our first van waited over a week for a call back nothing I then contacted the receptionist again left another message for Scott to contact us again after another pho e call spoke to Scott who had no idear what we had asked for the first time round SO I WILL TAKE my custom elsewhere "::""

If I could give this company 10 stars, in lights, I would! Never in 40 odd years have I ever experienced customer service such as this. Scott and his team (special hello to the lovely Courtney) have gone over & beyond to what they have to do.You honestly will not be in safer hands whilst making such a big purchase...you truly can buy with confidence! No matter how big or small the issue AFTER buying your MH, they are more than willing to resolve....how many companies offer that kind of after care service that wouldn't fall within the warranty remit.I would never buy from anyone else now, and if you're reading this, please stop searching those money hungry dealers and instead, deal with a real family business who actually cares!!Incredible, thank you!Jayne & Gary

Friendly and very helpful staff. Our first time hiring a Motorhome and it was super smooth and so easy. All the features were pointed out before the hire and the pick up and drop off were quick. Really competitive prices too and good availability and range of vehicles.

Extremely helpful and patient when dealing with potential sale. Not at all pushy and no hard sell of extra products, but well informed. Highly satisfied!

What an amazing company, had a problem with drop down bed. Couldn’t get it to rise up which meant we couldn’t refill with water after draining the system in a cold spell. We had booked to go away the next day and thought we’d have to cancel. Staff were amazing and fixed the problem for us even though I’m sure it made them late finishing for the day. What was even more amazing we didn’t buy our motorhome from them but we will now only do business with them. Thank you so much for your outstanding service

When we collected our hire vehicle the internal lights didn’t work-the technician replaced a fuse and we were told we were good to go. No security bond was taken, no drivers license checks were done and we were not shown any controls prior to driving off. 20 minutes into our road trip a warning light told us the vehicle was low on Ad Blue. The heating system did not work and we had no hot water during our week away. The Wi-Fi also didn’t work until we eventually located some cables which had not been plugged into the router. The day before we were due to travel home we ran out of gas and found that the “spare” gas cylinder was empty. As we were travelling off grid this resulted in us cutting our holiday short. Little details like no step to get up into the van, no step stool inside to reach cupboards etc would mean I could not have travelled on my own. The handbrake on the Zefiro 690 was impossible for me to work as it was so stiff which meant my husband had to do all the driving. Not the best experience for our first trip in a motorhome ☹️ They did,however, refund part of the cost which was a nice gesture but I would rather have paid full price and had everything working.
