Rachel is lovely and immediately put me and my dog Reg at ease, he’d never been groomed before and is a veritable fluff ball! She was patient and took her time with him and only did what I asked. He left looking fabulous!

My dog has a lovely experience and I recommend Rachel to friends and neighbours. There is a dedicated room for grooming and only 1 dog is seen at a time so I know my woof is in a calm and relaxed environment which he needs as grooming isn’t his favourite thing!

Took my miniature Schnoodle pup for her first bath and tidy up, she came out cute as a button, neatened up and very happy. It’s was my first time leaving her with someone else and Rachel was great, putting Jemima and I at ease.

Rachel is amazing with our anxious and moody dog! He’s very difficult during pick up and drop off and she is the only groomer who has streamlined the process and made him feel comfortable and safe. The groom is always perfect and he always comes out looking like a handsome boy. I highly recommend this business!!! Best in the area.

Merlin loves going to see Rachel which is the best recommendation there can be. He goes in looking loveably scruffy, and comes out so well groomed, and smelling amazing. Most importantly, Rachel won’t cut too much off if asked not to (even if she thinks otherwise). I leave Merlin in her very safe and brilliant hands, and know that it’s a great place for him to be.

Great service and value for money. Our dog is a massive wriggler but Rachel always manages to give him a great groom. He comes home smelling delicious each time.

My handsome boy is extremely nervous and anxious , upon meeting Rachel , I knew I had nothing to worry about . Loving , caring and calm Milo was as ease straight away .Considering the beautiful job Rachel made of his new do , the price was really reasonable and worth every penny.Thank you so much x
