Absolutely poor service they cancel on you and then offer you times not convenient and when u change date it counts as absence then after abit your discharged , no consideration then you wonder why people don't turn to counselling useless

11 months later ... no offer of support or clarity on options...useless service across the Black Country. Shockingly poor admin, unhelpful staff and no strategy moving forwards.

Did my online application, had my assessment over the phone and was referred for CBT I've had no problems

Asked for help but never got it waste of time really.

Recently moved in to Black Country area, going through transfer from previous MH trust to new MH trust. Got told to refer myself to this service in the interim, because surprisingly bad MH doesn’t just go away because you’re waiting to be transferred. After an assessment it turns out I’m not eligible for their service as it’s primary and my needs require secondary… as if I didn’t already know. They failed to listen and comprehend that I am in-between secondary care services with no control over the time frame, hence referring myself to this service BECAUSE I NEED HELP WHILST I’M WAITING!In regards to their actual service/s I can’t comment, but the fact that I couldn’t even get to that stage as someone with MH needs doing their best to be pro-active in getting help is unacceptable.
