Very bad customer service - went into the bridal suite. Let alone being acknowledged the woman was just sat on her phone. Left very disappointed

Very poor customer service purchased an item only to return home and realise security tag hadn't been removed. I called janan and explained regarding the tag. I was told id have to return into the store although it was in a complete different town. I went and was told they would offer me 10percent discount on next purchase. When i decided to purchase further items. They didnt honour the discount and said it would have to be on another purchase next time only of full price. Manager was rude. Poor customer service from the manager.

Bought an item for my daughter and worn for only 30 mins came apart phoned Janan Bradford and the lady blamed my daughter saying it happens when they are kids low quality clothes very disappointed at how she quickly blamed my daughter and did not acknowledge that her clothes quality good be to blame.

Travelled from London to Bradford just to shop at janan as they are so known for their variety of pakistani designer suits.Tried a suit on in the shop and the lady in the shop was kind enough to give a new packed suit.Now when iv gone to match the suit with accessories and take it out to get it ready for the wedding iv found the suit is damaged- multiple multiple threads are loose and some are so critical that if I even try to cut them to neaten the mess it will take out a whole load of sequin work. I HAVENT EVEN touched the suit. Contacted janan and told them of the situation and the manager was adamant that it could not be returned because it was out of the 14 day time period. I even explained that we would be travelling back to the area next week for the wedding and would want to exchange it in store.. the suit is in its original packaging with all tags attached.. but NO.If this is the way customers will be treated.. I can assure you, we will not be shopping from Janan again.If this is the way designer suits are handled by Janan.. then it's best we shop elsewhere for designer clothes, as Janan clearly doesn't want to keep it's customer base or maintain the quality of the clothes it stocks and sells.It also clearly makes no difference to them that so many people have reviewed them badly for the same type of issue... its just one genetic response that is being given to people! I would to know if anyone's issue regarding exchanges ACTUALLY got more than a 'email this address' response!UPDATE: actually went into store and spoke to the manager Midhat - who was very helpful eventually after taking her time to listen and considering all possible options to help.

The staff was really helpful in helping me find a dress for a wedding and choosing the dress they have a lot of variety from casual to wedding wear. I also wanted to mention that I tried on the same 2 dresses a couple of times.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We have done a lot of shopping at Janan in the past over the years and customer service used to be okay.This last Friday morning, my family and I had a terrible experience with two of the female shop assistants.They were very rude, abrupt and extremely unhelpful throughout.We were rushed through trying on our clothes and pushed to the till. They were treating us as if we were going to ruin the clothes or trying to steal them.A truly terrible experience, my family and I will not be coming back again.From looking at the reviews it seems like multiple people have had a similar experience, and besides copy pasting a standard response under these reviews, Janan does not seems to care about improving its service.
