I ordered the sea eagle 380x kayak and delivery was super fast and packaged brilliantly, . The instructions to assembly the kayak were easy , the kayak is really sturdy strong and spacey I’m 6ft 4 and wife 5ft 8 and we have plenty of room for us both . Most of all we LOVE LOVE LOVE this kayak and we’re having loads of fun using it and we would definitely recommend the true north sailing family run shop to buy your kayaks from we found them very knowledgeable and friendly and professional.We would definitely buy again from them .

I placed my order on 1st April for a Gill sailing hat with a peak, and it arrived on 3rd April -so very quick. The item is as described and I am very pleased with it.Thank you for such a prompt service.

I actually didn’t buy anything from here but I feel compelled to write a review !!Here’s my story, I’ve been looking to buy a kayak and I was torn between a few different brands of which one was from here I believe it was called the Sea Eagle, I spoke to a really polite and friendly lady on the phone who is also a user of Kayak’s with her partner and kids.I explained my issue and was give some very good and honest advice, I didn’t make a purchase but I’ve been left with knowing this company are honest and I will at some point be back to spend my money.Thank you so much for your help, I’m really sorry but I forgot your name but you need recognition for your customer service.
