My son Nathan and I visited this evening , just looking for a new watch.The experience was exceptional beyond all expectations, a very friendly warm welcoming lady Zara . May us feel at home under no pressure to buy, I am professional buyer , listened intently to what my son thought he liked and wanted let him try them and gave options , one of which he loved ..onpurchased.

Another fantastic experiece dealing with Weirs. They managed to sort wedding day gifts for my now wife and I earlier this month and as always were a pleasure to deal with. I'm a repeat customer and highly recommend anyone to call in. Staff are brilliant and particular thanks on this occasion to Adriana, Aoife and Kim who pulled out all the stops to sort our dream gifts at short notice! My mother brought her vintage (quartz) Hamilton watch to the Dundrum outlet to get what she thought was a simple battery replacement. They scratched the back of the watch badly when opening it and told her the battery wasn't the problem and that it would need a full service at a minimum charge of 250 euros. She declined, and got a friend to look at it instead - all that was wrong was there was a bit of dirt that got stuck under the battery. After giving it a quick clean, it worked perfectly. Careless service.

Excellent selection of jewellery for all sorts of occasions for reasonable prices. Staff were polite and very helpful. They advised me on all the options I had for a christening gift and wrapped the gift beautifully. Always my go to jewellery shop.

I had to shorten the bracelet on my submariner. Unfortunately, during my first visit I did not manage to meet a person who could do this. But the lady who welcomed me was very nice and called me the next day to ask when I could come to the store. I arrived at the appointment time and was greeted very nicely in the store. Paul was a amazing, he knows his job very well, and has a lot of knowledge about Rolex. service provided at the highest level. I am very happy Thank you very much.

My experience was very pleasant. I had made an order online and picked it up from the Dundrum store. Since it was a gift, i opted for the gift pack option and the employee wrapped the gift so well and gave it in a gift bag. Everything was so swift and smooth. Would definitely visit the Dundrum store again.

Went to the Dundrum store after seeing the watch I wanted on their online site. They hadn’t the version I wanted but got it from their city centre store in 24 hours. Very friendly and helpful staff and a fine selection of watches. Will definitely be back in future.
