Went for a bottomless brunch not long ago & the staff didn't seem to know where they were half the time.The same drinks orders were taken twice everytime before being made & had to wait a good amount of time in between drinks, so it's not really a 'bottomless' because staff definitely make sure you're not getting anymore than around 6 drinks.Lovely place but definitely over rated and over priced

We booked Dickens 2 for our corporate Summer Party last Friday and its honestly one of the best decisions i've ever made!We were so supported throughout the booking and planning process - Julie had brilliant suggestions and we felt in very safe hands.The night itself couldn't have gone any smoother - every single member of staff went above and beyond! Jack and Mario looked after us on the night and they couldn't do enough.The feedback i've had is that its the best party we've ever had and its all down to Dickens 2 staff.The food was gorgeous and plentiful, the DJ (Adam - you legend!) was top class and the staff were a delight!Can't thank you all enough - see you next year!

Came for the bottomless brunch. Although the staff were friendly. I think possibly having two reasonably big groups having the brunch at the same time stretched the staff who still had the rest of the bar to deal with as well.Food selection wasn't brilliant and there wasn't a massive choice of drinks.This was the first time I had been to a bottomless brunch and will be the last if they are like this one.Staff-friendlyService-stretchedFood and drink-not brilliant

Myself and my husband recently had our wedding reception at the dickens and we could not be happier with the service we received. We booked the gold room as it held the amount of people we wanted to attend and it had a great atmosphere. The staff were on hand to help throughout and couldn’t do enough for us. They catered for the 120 guests and everyone complimented the food, lots of choice and plenty to choose from. I’m thrilled we decided to book the gold room because it was everything we wanted, our friends loved the outdoor terrace and stayed there most of the evening. The team decorated the room exactly how we wanted and provided the sashes which saved us a job! I really couldn’t recommend enough - thank you to all the staff that helped us and went above and beyond. You made out night! ❤️

This place has a great atmosphere! Really good staff, music was good and only had lite bites but they were really nice too
