Had a great experience with SafeTech. I am really pleased with my new alarm and cameras security system. Isoep who first came and explained what system would be suitable for my requirements made me feel happy with his advice which gave me confidence to go ahead. Harpreet is amazing and helpful. He explained everything again and booked a date as we requested. Both systems were installed as per our agreed date. Joe and other camera team both did the installation, Everything went very smoothly.Their friendly attitude was a delight and left me feeling very happy with the end result. Not forgetting Leon, who fixed couple of small issues and finish the job. So if you are thinking of getting an alarm or camera system please call Safetech and speak to Harpreet. Bought two callpoints. I was given a smoke vent. It's 6 pm, and i was supposed to finish the job in the next half hour. Good job.

Safetech were great at helping me pick the right system for my business. I went into the store and they walked me through their services and and equipment and made sure I was happy. I had them install the alarm system the same week! Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a secure and reliable security system with installation. I have just asked them to provide me with a quote for CCTV too

We wanted an alarm fitted before we went on holiday and Sumeet and Chloe were prompt, their engineers were well trained, very patient and set up the alarm to our requirements. We even received further phone calls from Sumeet to check if we are happy with the system and had any questions. Excellent company, and good system. We will recommend them again! Very polite and accommodating!!!

Have been dealing with Safetech for a couple of years now, the initial contact was fine and the initial installations of our fire alarm systems has been good. The after sales service is awful, no response to emails and I have to keep phoning for assistance, I’m more or less begging them for a service contract as one of the systems is now due for a service, no responce. I desperately need site maps for the installations they have carried out but again no response.

I have been going to STS for a number of years and have always had great support when I struggled on some installs.Everything is usually ready or delivered within 24 hours.Today i was in need of help (on a Sunday) and Harps helped kindly me through it, even though he didn’t need to, he was patient, never got annoyed and remained professional.Around our area customer service isn’t everyones first priority but with these lot it’s always naturally part of the experience.Thanks for your help as always.Ali

Thought I had a problem with heat sensor and emailed Safe Tech. The very next day I had a reply with an offer of a replacement. However, it must have been a fluke as it had worked perfectly since. Was impressed with quick clear response from Safe Tech and would recommend the Company. Cheers
